Batik is a traditional ancient method of wax-resist dyeing that allows the artisans to create intricate patterns and designs. The batik top is bordered and backed by a thicker cloth for durable construction and a classic look. All of the cloth in these coasters are handmade and hand dyed by artisans in rural Asia.
